Dead Letters Novel 2026 Synopsis There is a key moment in any creative life in which one has to reevaluate oneself; it is a crisis, and calls for change, for a metamorphosis. Some artists create their best work after this crisis, others fade. In Dead Letters, a photographer, or former photographer—because he is no longer interested in his profession, or thinks so—is facing a crisis. He needs to move on, but he doesn’t know how, he is petrified. Everyday sits in front of his window trying to write letters, but letters are impossible nowadays, or close to impossible, but he is writing them, not out of nostalgia, but as a way to move forward.
